Danette
Danette is a creative, mother and a passionate advocate for birth art. She has experienced both a teen pregnancy and a geriatric pregnancy as a woman of color and she deeply understands the unique needs of individuals within these specific groups.
Danette is eternally grateful for the support she received from friends, family and her community. She is inspired by their encouragement and wants to share that same experience with the Mommy Lounge Community.
Kalisha
Inspired by her time at CSU, Kalisha envisioned Mommy Lounge as an all-inclusive community that addresses a critical need: nurturing and supporting birthing individuals, ultimately fostering happy, healthy babies and children.
With a deep passion for the well-being of children, Kalisha is committed to creating safe spaces for mothers and children to connect, learn and grow.
